WOW; did we get the rain at Lake Palestine. 6 inches
plus the run off. Lake is at full pool and the North is real iffy for a
good day of Bass fishing. Usually Kickapoo will be running hard and off
color for about 5 days so I have not even been there lately.
Mid Lake is in good condition with Bass up to 6 lbs. being caught.
Topwater bite is great and like Rayburn Bass are eating the shad. Some
schooling action but bigger Bass found on the grass edges and channel
edges. Texas rigged creature baits will get you some Big Bass.
Spinnerbaits and shallow running crankbaits are catching also. For a
great day of action and get away give me a call and I will book you in.

looks like a cross btween a senko and a lizard called the bob tail
lizard. This bait produced the Big Bass on a Bass n Bucks tournament on
Conroe almost 10 lbs.
