Stick Marsh Lake & Farm 13 Fishing Report Updated November 10, 2008 Fishing has been very consistent in the Stick Marsh/Farm 13 impoundment, There was a 10 plus pound Bass reported that was caught on a Carolina Rig in Farm 13. The fish are hanging around in the deeper areas of the ditches, the intersections of the ditches are normally the most productive areas. It can take quite some time to locate fish in this myriad of criss crossed ditches but once a school is located it is possible to catch fish after quality fish from the same relative area. There are still a lot of giant Bass that inhabit the Stick Marsh/Farm 13 area but they have many many places to hide there is still a huge amount of sunken timber and the fish are right at home there, it requires heavy line and patience to pick apart the stumps and timbers areas and to coax a giant fish from this thick stuff. There is a small amount of hydrilla that is reappearing and with time it will reestablish itself along all of the ditch lines.
